chore(release): carry the releases of the C++ Feature gap fixes

  • feat(gcc): describe the cc, c++ and gcov alternatives

The Feature manifest still said it registered only GCC and G++. Carries the release for 4fc57353: cc, c++ and gcov are registered.

  • feat(apt-mirror): document the security suite in the suite option

Carries the release for 4fc57353: the updates suite is kept, https is the default scheme with an http fallback, and the scheme and includeUpdates options are new.

  • feat(llvm): describe the sanitizer runtime and llvm tools

Carries the release for 4fc57353: libclang-rt and the llvm meta package are installed, and llvm-ar, llvm-ranlib, llvm-cov and llvm-profdata are registered.

  • feat(cpp-tools)!: document the always-installed packages

Carries the release for 4fc57353: GEF is pinned and SHA-256 checked, cmake-format is pinned and installed into the venv, and the Feature installs after python-venv.

BREAKING CHANGE: installGef now defaults to false
