Command processor

A system of lexer, parser, marshaller, visitor, nodes and AST. Based on ANTLR for ease of extensibility and modification of command language used. This should also be a good entry point for following it up with unified action system, where operations of vortex engine could be connected to actuators - gui elements, input buttons AND console commands
