Hardware: Port arduino stuff over to ESP32 platform

Description

ESP32 is much cheaper than arduino, and dare I say, more powerful. This may allow us for some more breathing room in terms of timing (take advantage of dual cores) and multiple accessories like lcd screen, and case with build-in 18650 battery and BMS. ESP32 is probably going to end up as the final target platform.
